Procedure text is piece of text that gives people instruction for doing something. On other words, a procedure text is usually used to do or make something. The social function of procedure text is to describe how something is accomplished through a sequence of action or steps. The generic structure of procedure text consists of goal, materials, and steps.
(Teks prosedur adalah sebuah teks yang memberikan intruksi kepada orang lain untuk melakukan sesuatu. Dengan kata lain, teks prosedur biasanya diguankan untuk melakukan atau membuat sesuatu. Fungsi sosial dari teks prosedur adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana sesuatu diselesaikan melalui urutan aksi atau langkah-langkah. Struktur umum tek prosedur terdiri dari Tujuan, Bahan, dan Langkah/cara.)

FRIUT COCKTAIL WITH CONDENSED MILK |
Ø 150 g (1 ½ cups) sugar Ø 2 pandan leaves, shredded lengthwise and tied in a knot Ø 3 ½ tablespoons (50 ml) water Ø 400g ripe avocado. Cut into 1 cm cubes Ø 400g jackfruit, deseeded and cut into 1 cm cubes Ø 3 young coconut meat scraped out Ø Crushed ice Ø Condensed milk

To make syrup, combine sugar,
pandan leaves and water in a small saucepan and heat the mixture for a few
minutes over low heat until sugar dissolves. Cool syrup. 2.
To serve this desert place
generous spoonful of cubed avocado, jackfruit and young coconut into a
serving bowl. Add a little syrup to sweeten, top with crushed ice and drizzle
on a little condensed milk, serve immediately. |
